Louwers strengthens its The Hague office

The office of the lawfirm Louwers IP|Technology Advocaten in The Hague has been strengthened with the arrival of Lisa Molenaars. Lisa Molenaars has successfully completed a masters in criminal law and and a masters in civil law.

Within the master civil law she specialized in intellectual property law. In her master thesis she investigated to which extent a patentee is protected against infringements due to 3D printing.

In her second master thesis she discussed the issues surrounding privacy of suspects in investigative reporting and the possible application of a reduced sentence as a result.

Lisa Molenaars will foremost focus on intellectual property law and personal data protection.
