Contract support modules

In order to provide your organization with maximum price certainty on the one hand and the necessary flexibility on the other, we work with different modules to support you on a more structural basis in contracting and any contract negotiations. You can decide which module is most appropriate. This will depend on the contract, the contracting party, the complexity of the assignment and the (commercial) importance of the contract. The prices per module are on request and preferably we have a meeting in which we discuss your requirements.

Methodology

  • You have one account manager who serves as your contact person and is the central point of contact for all your assignments and questions.
  • We always deploy the professional we deem most appropriate to support you.
  • Our firm's areas of expertise are IT, Internet, intellectual property and privacy under Dutch law, supplemented by our generic knowledge and experience in the field of (international) contracting.
  • For knowledge outside our areas of expertise or under foreign law, we can engage a lawyer specialized in it, in which case we will always submit the costs to you in advance for approval.
  • Invoicing shall always take place at the end of the month in which work on the relevant contract begins.

Evaluation

Since it is important that you have and keep a good feeling about the agreed arrangements and way of working with us, the arrangements are evaluated after the first three months or five assignments as standard. Based on that evaluation, the agreements will be adjusted if necessary.
