Sectors

(High)tech

Tech is part of our firm's name for a reason. In all facets of our practice, we have a strong focus on technology and its industrial application.

/VIEWALL SECTORS

With a strong focus on this sector, we are up-to-date on the latest developments and the challenges they bring. We assist clients throughout the entire chain from research and development to the marketing of technology. We are thereby focused on "unburdening" in all phases of a project.

Consulting

We advise on forms of (development) partnerships, corporate structuring, investments, risk management, legal implications of technology (such as impact on privacy and dual use), internationalization, distribution and agency.

Commercial contracts

We draft collaboration, licensing, production, and maintenance agreements, SLAs, and R&D agreements. In addition, we have extensive experience with more specific agreements such as foundry agreements or co-development agreements in the (photonic) chip industry. We are also regularly involved in negotiating such agreements.

Disputes

Natuurlijk staan wij cliënten ook bij in geschillen over technologie. Dit kan voor de rechter, maar ook bij andere instituten.

Presentations/Training

We like to share our knowledge about technology and law. Therefore, we often organize presentations, with a particular focus on intellectual property law. These presentations can be given internally at the client, to support or guide strategic or policy processes. But we also give public presentations on new regulations or new technologies and their legal and practical implications.
