If you want to bring the processing and protection of personal data within your organization into compliance with current and future laws and regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation, we can help you do so. We offer three variants. This variant includes the following steps:

Step 1: Zero measurement

We examine the current state of affairs within your organization when it comes to the processing and protection of personal data. We discuss with you what the best approach is for this. We often conduct interviews with a few people within your organization (e.g. IT and HR managers). We also take a look at existing documentation, such as processing agreements and internal policy documents relating to the handling of personal data in order to form a picture of the maturity of your organization.

Result: We will record the findings of step 1 in a clear diagram, so you can see at a glance what types of personal data you process, what the categories of data subjects are, how the systems are secured, etc. This overview forms a handy and useful starting point for your processing register and provides insight into the main risks within your organization.

Step 2: Improvement plan including prioritization

During step 2, we will identify what additional measures your organization needs to take in order to otherwise meet the legal requirements. In doing so, we take into account your own level of ambition.

Result: All additional measures will be identified in a clear improvement plan. Using color coding, we will indicate which measures need to be taken first, which can take a little longer and which are not necessary, but are 'nice to have'. We will also indicate which steps you will have to take yourself and where we can assist you if necessary.

Of course, as you complete each individual step, you can decide whether you want to initiate the next step with us.
